If this happens when processing payment on the Vendy Merchant App, the customer will have to lay a complaint to their payment provider so that a reversal can be initiated.
Once this reversal is requested; Vendy communicates with the payment provider to confirm if the service was rendered successfully; if the service was not rendered a reversal will be initiated through the payment provider ( bank or mobile money) to the customer.

Vendy will confirm that the merchant provided the stated service, and a refund will be issued once the confirmation process is completed. This will take about 3-5 days.
